pp板是什么材料?

pp板是一种半结晶性资料。

1、pp板比PE要更坚挺而且有更高的熔点。因为均聚物型的PP温度高于0℃以上时十分脆,因而很多贸易的PP资料是参加 1~4%乙烯的无规矩共聚物或更高比率乙烯含量的钳段式共聚物。共聚物型的PP资料有较低的热歪曲温度(100℃)、低通明度、低光芒度、低刚性,然而有有更强的抗打击强度。

2、PP板的强度跟着乙烯含量的增加而增大。PP的维卡硬化温度为150℃。因为结晶度较高,这种资料的名义刚度跟抗划痕特征很好。PP不存在情况应力开裂成绩。平日,采取参加玻璃纤维、金属增加剂或热塑橡胶的方式对PP停止改性。

3、PP板的活动率MFR范畴在1~40。低MFR的PP资料抗打击特征较好但延展强度较低。对雷同MFR的资料,共聚物型的强度比均聚物型的要高。因为结晶,PP的压缩率相称高,普通为1.8~2.5%。而且压缩率的偏向平均性比PE-HD等资料要好得多。

4、参加30%的玻璃增加剂能够使压缩率落到0.7%。均聚物型跟共聚物型的PP资料都存在精良的抗吸湿性、抗酸碱腐化性、抗消融性。然而,它对芬芳烃(如苯)溶剂、氯化烃(四氯化碳)溶剂等不抵御力。PP也不象PE那样在低温下仍存在抗氧化性。

1, PP board is harder and has a higher melting point than PE. Since the PP temperature of the homopolymer type is very brittle above 0 °C, many commercial PP materials are clamp segment copolymers with 1 to 4 % ethylene added or higher ethylene content. The copolymer-type PP materials have lower thermal distortion temperatures(100 °C), low transparency, low gloss, and low rigidity, but have stronger impact resistance.
2,The strength of PP plate increases with the increase of ethylene content. The Vica softening temperature of PP is 150 °C. Due to the high crystallinity, the surface stiffness and scratch resistance of this material are very good. PP does not have the problem of environmental stress cracking. In general, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber.
3, PP board flow rate MFR range in 1 ~ 40. The impact resistance of low MFR PP materials was better but the tensile strength was lower. For the same MFR material, the strength of the copolymer type is higher than that of the homopolymer type. Due to crystallization, the shrinkage of PP is quite high, generally 1.8 to 2.5 %. And the direction uniformity of shrinkage rate is much better than materials such as PE-HD.
4,Adding 30 % of the glass additives can reduce the shrinkage rate to 0.7 %. Both homopolymer and copolymer PP materials have excellent hygroscopicity, acid-base corrosion and solubility. However, it has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons(such as benzene) solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons(carbon tetrachloride) solvents, etc.. PP also does not have antioxidant properties at high temperatures like PE.
